Dimitri qualified at The Royal London Hospital in 2009 and went on to complete a year of Vocational Training at a Dental Practice in Bishops Stortford, where he stayed on as an associate before settling down at New Road in 2012. During this time, Dimitri has passed entry examinations and completed portfolio of evidence for the prestigious Membership of The Royal College of Surgeons. Dimitri has a particular interest in restorative dentistry and has completed a year of part-time study at the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute, obtaining the Postgraduate Certificate qualification.

Dimitri thoroughly enjoys working in general dental practice and believes in delivering high quality patient-centred care in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Outside of dentistry, Dimitri enjoys playing tennis, basketball, travelling and spending time with his young family.

Dr Deborah Johnson graduated from Leeds Dental School with a Bachelors of Dental Surgery in 1999, gaining certificates of merit (with distinction) in Restorative, Preventative and Paediatric dentistry. She has considerable experience in general practice and has since demonstrated her commitment to creating bespoke smiles by pursuing and completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry. 

Her passion lies in utilising the latest techniques and technologies and communicating well with patients so that they can lead their journey to better oral health. 

Outside of dentistry, Deborah is a keen hockey player and enjoys decorating cakes.

Andrea graduated from Newcastle Dental School in 2002 having originally embarking on a career in finance. She moved down south in 2005 and has worked in mixed and private practices providing general dentistry and enjoys the diversity this brings.

She particularly enjoys restorative dentistry but is particularly proud of her ability to calm nervous and anxious patients and give them the best dental journey possible. 

Her ethos is to build a lasting and trusting relationship with her patients so visiting is a far more positive experience and tailoring treatment that patients feel comfortable and confident with. 

She is committed to attending courses to ensure she continues to deliver high quality dental care. 

Outside of dentistry, her passions are her family, cats, city breaks and watching her daughters play netball.

Ruth has always had a keen interest in dentistry, since leaving school to start her career as a dental nurse she then went on to qualify as a Dental Hygienist at King’s College London in 2003.

Ruth focusses on helping patients achieve a high standard of oral care and always ensuring patients are put at their ease during dental hygiene visits. 

She enjoys treating nervous patients and helping them through treatment to become more relaxed in the dental surgery. 

In her spare time she enjoys baking and spending time with her family and friends.

Lily’s career in dentistry began in 2016. Having completed Dental Hygienist training at the University of Essex, Lily has been practicing at practices in London and Hertfordshire before joining New Road.

Lily is passionate about using her expertise to help improve dental health for her patients and finds increased tooth longevity and smile appearance very rewarding outcomes.

Lily enjoys socialising with friends and family, trips to the theatre, and settling in with a good book. She is an avid explorer and aims to travel the world in a camper van!

Julie has been welcoming patients into the practice for over 20 years now. In this time, she has seen the practice go through numerous upgrades, including digitisation and decontamination room installation.
